We can grant you a mortgage loan and provide you with financial advice, if you are thinking of buying, building, expanding or renovating your home.

If you are planning on investing in a piece of land, we can lend up to 100% of the foreclosure value of the land.

Here are a few important points to consider when applying for a mortgage:

Mortgage application is subject to ‘AFM maximum lending calculation model
We ask that the property be appraised by an independent appraiser approved by the Bank.
The property should be insured against fire to protect you and us

Based on the Bank’s assessment taking your personal circumstances into account, an own input may be required
Notary costs
Life insurance is not mandatory
The land can either be your own or long-lease ('erfpacht')
